SageTV Version 4, the SageTV Client Version 4 and SageTV Recorder Version 1.5 are now available!  Just click on the appropriate link below to download (current customers or trial users).  All Sage trial software is fully supported and comes with an installation manual. A valid e-mail address is required to download any version of Sage software. If you are a current customer upgrading to version 4, please make sure you update all versions of your installed Sage software for everything to function properly. Please note that the upgrade to version 4 is free for all current SageTV licensed users.

1. Check the system requirements before download the software to make sure you have a compatible TV Tuner/Capture card or USB device. SageTV will not function correctly if you do not have the compatible card/device and software installed (hardware not required for SageTVClient).
2. Install DirectX v9.0 or higher prior to installing the SageTV software.
3. Install Java Runtime Environment v1.4 or higher prior to installing the SageTV software.
4. If you are downloading the SageTV Client, you must have the same version of SageTV installed on a separate PC.
5. When prompted after clicking your selected download, choose "Save" to save the file to a location on your computer.
6. Once the software is downloaded to your computer, simply double-click the file to launch the Installer. 

If you are already running a previous version of any SageTV software, you can just install the latest version over the previous version.  Make sure you have a compatible TV Tuner/Capture card installed before installing SageTV or SageTVRecorder.

Licensed customers may use the files below to upgrade. If you are not a licensed customer, you may use the software for a 15 day trial.
